Arrowhead Title is the best title agency at the Lake of the Ozarks, so we are very familiar with many types of real estate transactions and we have some tips for you today! If you are thinking about refinancing, keep reading and learn what you should consider before making the leap. (Also be sure to consult your financial advisor before making any major financial decisions.)

Percent Difference
It can be tempting to refinance your home when you see mortgage rates falling. But, it can be hard to know if they are low enough to truly make a difference and make the refinance worth the time and effort.
