7 Exciting Events Happening at the Lake This Weekend!
At Arrowhead Title, we see the joyful faces of countless people as they achieve their dream of purchasing a home at the Lake of the Ozarks. We totally get it too! We LOVE living at the lake! Partly because there is so much to do and see here. We thought you would be interested in the exciting events happening at Lake of the Ozarks this weekend… starting tonight!
5/14 - Hot Summer Nights
This car show is a local favorite featuring motorcycles, cars, and trucks of all ages, makes, and models. The theme this year is “A Slice of Americana” and the Strip will be transformed into a scene of pure nostalgia as classic vehicles line the Strip and take turns cruising. Admission is free – for spectators and participants!
5/14 – In Water Boat Show
If you have never been to an in-water boat show this is one you should not miss. There will be vendors with all the latest and greatest marine and safety products. Watercraft of all kinds from PWCs to yachts will be docked for your viewing pleasure. You can also shop for docks, lifts, and other must-haves.
5/14 - Spaghetti Fund Raiser for Kiwanis
For a great meal and a way to give back, leave the cooking
to someone else. RJ’s Restaurant is
hosting a Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser for lake area children with Kiwanis Club
of Camdenton. The cost is $10 per adult and
includes spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, dessert, and a drink.
5/15 – Water Safety Seminar
Boating and water safety is so important at the lake. Everyone should know how to keep themselves and
others safe, and this seminar is a great opportunity to learn how. It is presented by the LOZ Water Safety Council
and is free to attend.
5/15 – Classic Boat and Engine Rendezvous
Nothing beats the beauty or craftsmanship of a classic,
wooden boat. This weekend at
Margaritaville you have a chance to see vintage boats in the water, as well as
boats and engines on land. It is a rare
sight to see one of these boats on the lake, even from a distance. This show is a rare opportunity you don’t
want to miss.
5/15 – Car & Bike Show – Camden County Museum
This fundraiser in Linn Creek features a 50/50 drawing and a
people choice award. It is free for
spectators and only $10 donation fee per car.
Food and drink will also be available for donation.
5/16 – Catch a Vet Fishing Tournament

This charity fishing tournament benefits Missouri veterans and their families and is open to all. The payout is $1500, May 16.
