Chris Cisar ~ Owner
With the company since 1988, Chris lives and breathes Arrowhead Title. She holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, where she graduated in 1980. Well versed in all aspects of escrow services and title insurance at the Lake of the Ozarks, Chris has attended and taught seminars for Missouri Land Title Association Title School. She specializes in both title examination and commercial real estate closings. Chris is also an active member of several charitable organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters and the local Kiwanis club.
Jennifer Smith ~ Commitment/Policy Coordinator
A graduate of Metro Business College, Jennifer has been with the company since 2000. She also attended Missouri Land Title Association Title School. In addition to seeing to her commitment/policy coordinator responsibilities, Jennifer also embraces her green thumb by caring for seventeen different office plants.
Jerry Vincent ~ Office Manager
Jerry has been with our Lake of the Ozarks title company since 2004. He has also attended Missouri Land Title Association Title School and specializes in several different title services, including construction disbursements, closings, and escrow services. Jerry is also an avid golfer and spends as much of his free time on the course as he can.
Karen D. Wiedenmann ~
Closing Officer
Karen moved to the Lake Area after she earned dual Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a licensed real estate agent and practiced real estate sales for several years before switching over to the title business. Her experience from the real estate sales perspective gives her a well-rounded approach to all over her closings. In 2007, she was named Young Title Person of the Year by Missouri Land Title Association.
