Lake of the Ozarks Eagle Days - Event Info
Ameren Missouri's Lake of the Ozarks Eagle Days will return for its 19th year at the Lake on Saturday, January 5, 2018 and Sunday, January 6, 2018. This event is FREE and open to the public. The event will be from 9am – 5:30 pm on Saturday, January 5th and from 10am – 4:30 pm on Sunday, January 6th. It is the community spirit of the Lake of the Ozarks that makes this annual event possible for all to enjoy.

Free Family Fun At The Lake!
Eagle Days is one of the most popular winter events at the Lake. Live eagles, turkeys, owls, and hawks will make appearances, promising an event that is both fun and educational. Children and adults alike will get to learn about these majestic birds and their natural instincts in the wild, as well as the unique, personal stories these birds have to tell.
Highlights of the program include live eagles from the World Bird Sanctuary with naturalists on hand to answer questions at Osage National Golf Resort. The programs will begin on the hour each day of the event. Visitors are urged to bring binoculars and cameras for optimal viewing and photo opportunities of wild eagles at Willmore Lodge and below the Bagnell Dam on the Osage River. Activities are also at School of the Osage Heritage Elementary and at the Osage River Access.

• Dickerson Park Zoo presents two shows (rotating hourly). The first is the American Bald Eagle Program. The second program is the Day Shift (Hawk), Night Shift (Owl) and Garbage Gal (Turkey Vulture) Program.
At School of the Osage Heritage Elementary two programs will be given by Dickerson Park Zoo. The first is the American Bald Eagle Program. The second program is the Day Shift (Hawk), Night Shift (Owl) and Garbage Gal (Turkey Vulture) Program. The shows will begin at 9:30 am on Saturday and 10:30 am on Sunday rotating every hour. School of the Osage Heritage Elementary will also have activities for kids, coloring contests, and vendors.
